Secure the Fragrance
Place the item back in its original, unopened packaging and ensure it is safely cushioned inside a shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.
Label and Post
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
